We consider all of the variables, including the complexity of your needs, geographic location, your budget objectives, duration and volume of service and more. Once we understand your individual needs we will prepare a comprehensive proposal along with a proposed hourly bill rate for our services. This evaluation service is absolutely free.

Lionsgate Concierge & Security Services takes care of its guards. We have built a pay structure that keeps our guards motivated and committed, and we believe in teamwork. Every guard is hired following a proper background check and receives field and on-site training. We teach our guards the duties of a good security officer: securing premises and personnel by patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting building equipment, handling packages, responding to noise complaints and elevator entrapments, and following proper fire alarm procedures.

Lionsgate Concierge and Security Services is properly insured with a 5 million dollar commercial general liability insurance certificate. Rest assured, all of our clients are covered in the unfortunate event of a legal claim. Our insurance certificate is displayed at our head office for reference.
